We have two upcoming permaculture courses taking place here at Strawberry Fields Eco-Lodge.
Firstly there is a 72 hour Permaculture Design Course taking place from May 30th to June 11th, with a special focus on the application of Permaculture to Rural African Communities.
Then from the 1st July – 30th July, Steve Cran brings his famous Green Warriors (Permaculture-Aid Workers’) Program to Ethiopia. This course is a full-on intensive, interactive action learning Training of Trainers Course, inducting the participants on the practicalities of applying Permaculture to the development of food security in rural third world communities.

Strawberry Fields Eco Lodge is seeking an organic cook for its permaculture kitchen. The position is ideal for someone looking to spend time working in another culture and learning new things while teaching and contributing something back. The cook will also have a chance to learn the Amharic language as well as to learn about Ethiopian cooking techniques.
