Permaculture Organic Cook/Chef wanted
Strawberry Fields Eco Lodge is seeking an organic cook for its permaculture kitchen. The position is ideal for someone looking to spend time working in another culture and learning new things while teaching and contributing something back. The cook will also have a chance to learn the Amharic language as well as to learn about Ethiopian cooking techniques.

72 hour permaculture design course from the Permaculture Research Institute of Australia
We will be hosting a permaculture design course from the Permaculture Research Institute of Australia, here at Strawberry Fields Eco Lodge from March 1st – 14th 2011.
The course will have a special focus on the application of Permaculture to rural African communities where the successful application of permaculture is a way to generate long term food security and develop community empowerment.
